RETURN GUIDE

You can make the return no later than 14 working days from the delivery of the goods (according to the "consumer code") write us an email at info@onecashmere.com with this info

  • Order Number
  • Indicate what you want to return (write product code, size and color)
  • Write why you want to make this return

and respecting the following indications:

Only items that have not been used, washed or damaged in any way can be returned*;

Correctly fold the items you want to Return;

Put them in their ONECASHMERE protective envelope with the tag;

Insert in the package a sheet with your order number written on it or a print of the order confirmation;

Use the OneCashmere box with which you received your order, the external protective film is equipped with a tear and a second adhesive strip to reseal the package, which can be used by removing the white film. (Otherwise you can use a resistant packaging to avoid damage to the products, sealing everything correctly);

Remember that it is MANDATORY if you are in a Extra CEE country (or if you have requested the invoice) to also send the return invoice otherwise we will not be able to start the refund procedure.

As soon as we will receive your items, we will send your related cash refund (or coupon if you choose it) on the same payment method used for your order (the timing of the re-credit depends on your bank: sometimes it takes up to 15 days, instead the copupon will be sent immediately).

** Shipping cost (and Customs if any) are charged to the customer.
* If items that do not comply with the exchange/return policies listed above are sent (example: a damaged item is sent back) OneCashmere will ask the customer to pay the shippimg cost to ship the items back.
